The Wrigley Building dates back to 1916 when it was the infamous gum factory, but this 6 storey building has since been converted to residential lofts. One of the highlights is the freight elevators that actually enter a few individual suites. They display original industrial windows, wonderful concrete columns, and the upgrading and restoring has drastically increased suite value.
Loft conversions such as this are quickly contributing to the fast development of Leslieville in east Toronto. With prices from $350 to $400 per sq. ft., these lofts are sure to rise in price in the future.
