Trinity Bellwoods is a 31 acre park in Queen Street West just across the street from this 102 suite, 7 storey loft building. The Farr House, a historic structure is incorporated into the lofts' design and offers 590 sq. ft. single units to the 1160 sq. ft. double level loft styles with most suites including a terrace, patio, or balcony in their floor plan.

The costs begin at $375 per sq. ft. and range to over $450 per sq. ft. A party room, common outdoor patio, and fitness area are included in the facilities. This structure is brand spanking new from the ground up but is styled to resemble the turn of the century warehouses, and isn't just pleasing in it's architure, but the park view is just as desirable.
