The Soho at 477 Richmond Street West is often confused with the other Soho's in Toronto. The developer so appreciated the name that he continually uses it for all of his developments. This Soho was bought about 1995 by Bruce Greenberg, who is also associated with the Soho Metropolitan Hotel, when the original idea of using it as a condominium of offices failed.
