The Pantages - 210 Victoria Street - Downtown Condos

Garth Drabinsky originally designed the Pantages as a condo, hotel, and theatre complex but the entire completion was never realized. Regardless, the first phase was completed in 2004 by Intracorp Developments and Dundee Realty with the architectural details done by Core Architects.

The final 44 storey hotel and condominium structure is absolutely stunning! There are 500 units within the tower from the studios at 395 sq. ft. starting about $325 per sq. ft. The sizes and prices increase to the 1032 sq. ft. two bedroom suites up to the two-level penthouses from 811 to 1515 sq. ft. at about $450 per sq. ft.

The Pantages' facilities include maid service, a health club, spa facilities, party room, business centre, valet parking, concierge service, beautifully landscaped terrace atop the roof, and access to the Pantages hotel.
