The Movie House - 394 Euclid Avenue - Toronto Lofts

Inside of the Little Italy neighborhood, you'll find the Movie House lofts. Designed by Jackson Goad Architects, developed by Mathew Roseblatt and John Berman in 1998, the history of this building includes an actual movie theatre that has been transformed into 18 lofts.

Many of them have mezzanine floors that overlook the living room and 16 ft. ceilings. Roof terraces accompany the suites on the top floor. The one bedroom suites begin at 740 sq. ft. while the 1300 sq. ft. two bedroom suites are on three levels.
