The Merchandise Building - 155 Dalhousie Street - Toronto Lofts

Three individual teams of international interior designers collaborated to create the diversity of styles in this landmark historical building. The Merchandise Building has 12 ft. ceilings and some of the most spectacular views of the city.

These fantastic lofts have an array of high-end extras including solid maple barn doors and kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, prefinished European beech strip hardwood or polished concrete floors, designer kitchens, and striking fluted columns.

However, that's only the beginning. There's also an amazing rooftop with a BBQ terrace, lap pool, garden, and dog walking area. There's also a half basketball court, an additional garden or sitting area, and even a full retail Dominion store. This structure will also become wired with Rogers Wave for the urban-techy!
