One of Toronto's own architects, Edward James Lennox, originally designed this red brick office building in 1883. The major conversion to Massey Harris Lofts located at 915 King Street West was made later. In 1973, the City of Toronto named it a heritage property.
It has since been restored from the incredible Georgian exterior to the distinctive interior boasting 46 one-of-a-kind lofts. This property is extremely unique in that it melds the old and the new together, unlike any other condominiums around.
