Another wonderful conversion is this transformed 1883 Massey Harris farm equipment headquarters finished by Canderel Stoneridge in 2003. The Massey Harris Lofts have 46 units with bathrooms and kitchens created by Cecconi Simone. Some of the bathrooms have metal vaulted ceilings made from the old payroll vaults.
Some of the "old" feel has been saved in the exposed brick walls and the wooden beams and posts while radiant heated floors have been added for warmth. Added to the top of this transformation are the two storey penthouses with their large terraces. The DNA project is separated from this structure by a small city park.
