Industrial Revolution I - 676 Richmond Street West - Toronto Lofts

Although 676 Richmond Street West is a smaller building, it's a great place to set up residence. It was a knitting mill originally, but was converted by Mitchell and Associates in 1997 to a 20 unit condominium. Located in a serene residential area west of Bathurst Street, it's only steps from Queen Street West in a highly desirable place to live.

The building is built for privacy including the concrete block, insulation, and drywall between suite walls. It also has many other extras like the enormous windows, air conditioning units, underground parking, high 10 to 16 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, and a fireplace, with most every suite having a terrace or patio.

Sizes go from the one bedroom 750 sq. ft. units to the multi-level suites at over 2000 sq. ft. with prices beginning about $400 per sq. ft.. The fees are minimal since there is no concierge, and heat, water, and air-conditioning are extra.
