Originally, Tridel built the Horizon in the 1980's as a rental property, but later sold it as a condominium. It offers 476 units on 26 storeys which vary in size from 1100 sq. ft. down to 650 sq. ft. with prices very reasonably priced at about $300 sq. ft.; a great deal less than most other structures on Bay Street.
Then too, balconies are available with some suites, and including utilities, fees are only about .39 per sq. ft. Enter the Horizon located at Edward and Bay Streets and a combination of granite, marble, and veneers will greet you. On the rooftop you'll find a jogging track and garden. Additional amenities include gas BBQs, squash courts, an exercise area, hot tub, and indoor pool. Close to the Eaton Centre, hospitals, and the business district give this condominium a prime location.
