The Creed Building - 295 Davenport Road - Toronto Lofts

At the intersection of Davenport and Bedford Roads, and exactly between Yorkville and the Bloor Annex, the Creed Building was developed by TTH Developments in 1998. This structure was formerly the Creed Family's fur storage but now houses 19 loft-style units on three storeys.

Sizes run from 974 to 2140 sq. ft. with ceilings from 8 feet to 13 feet high. The Art Deco building has lofts with patios or terraces, an atrium, skylights, open-concept kitchens, gas fireplaces, and hardwood floors.

The cost for these upscale lush lofts runs from $400 to $480 per sq. ft. This is another historic example of Toronto's wonderful housing preservations.
