Home and Condo Purchase Expenses

There are a lot of cost associated with home ownership, especially when you are buying your first home! Some of the expenses related to buying a home are one-time costs, while others are continuing costs.

Your largest payment will be the down payment. However, be prepared to pay for additional costs, such as:
