Brock Lofts - 27 Brock Street - Toronto Lofts

Brock Lofts is a warehouse conversion that is a welcoming surprise to all who enter. It was transformed by M&M Developments in 2003 but who have kept the unique feel by highlighting the exposed painted brick, wooden beams and columns, and 12 foot to 18 foot ceilings. It's located in the expanding Parkdale neighborhood just north of Queen Street West with lofts varying from $400 per sq. ft. to over $400 per sq. ft.
