The Brewery Lofts - 90 Sumach Street - Toronto Lofts

Located just north if Queen Street East is The Brewery, a huge six storey structure that houses 100+ lofts. The Sorbara Group completed this conversion in 1998 and is considered one of Toronto's best. The original façade remains but huge new windows were added.

Units are rather deep because of the vastness of the building and generally bring light in only through the windows at the end. Regardless, these lofts are impressive with 14 ft. concrete ceilings, and contrete floors and mushroom-shaped columns.

When originally sold, tenants upgraded and created sensational authentic lofts. Located inside on the first and second floors is the parking and a conference is included in the facilities. Although a security guard or concierge service is not available, a security system is in place. Prices hover between $350 to $475 per sq. ft.
