The Boot - 75 Dalhousie Street - Downtown Toronto Condos

Cresford Developments, using the design of Young & Wright Architects, finished the Boot in 2003. Named for the roller skating rink that was previously on the site, the Boot is located off Shuter Street just east of Church Street. It's very close to Ryerson University and Eaton Centre and includes a party room, exercise area, billiard room, and a rooftop terrace.

The 12 storeys and 150 suites are known for their location, not their style. However, prices are affordable starting at $300 per sq. ft. and will range in size from the one bedroom units with 440 sq. ft. to the two bedrooms and a den at 910 sq. ft., although penthouses are larger and include terraces.
