This high quality post and beam style construction at 8 Bartlett Avenue comes from a turn-of-the-century boutique building. The columns and ceiling beams have been sandblasted to bring out the beauty of the wood. Originally built around 1907, it was restored in 2001 to boast two-storey lofts comprised of hardwood floors and 13 ft. ceilings within each of it's six units.
