6 Bartlett Avenue - Toronto Lofts

6 Bartlett Avenue was one of the first loft style condominiums to grace Toronto. Located east of Dufferin Avenue and north of Bloor Street, this Allan D. Gordon Associates was completed in 1985 and won the Ontario Renews Award for it's triumphant residential conversion. It houses 13 lofts from 1300 sq. ft. to 1600 sq. ft. with prices between $400,000 and $500,000.

Architecturally, this complex has large cedar roof decks, three levels of living space, fireplaces, and each unit includes a separate exterior garage space. Because of it's location, 6 Bartlett Avenue has little natural light, but the 30 ft. atrium with it's skylights allows plenty of sunshine throughout. There is also an enter phone system for security.
