41 Shanly St. - Little Italy Condos

In 1981, 41 Shanly became the first official residential conversion in Toronto. Bob Mitchell renovated this former Dominion Felt Works building in 1981. Today, this structure offers ten, two and three storey loft/suites as a cozy residence.
