24 Noble Street - Toronto Lofts

At 24 Noble Street, at Brock Street in Parkdale and just off Queen Street West, are some of the most inexpensive lofts available. They are smaller in size ranging from 460 to 1200 sq. ft. but so is the price. Some of these character-laden properties are sold for as little as $300 per sq. ft. for under $200,000. With exposed brick, enormous timber columns and beams, hardwood floors, and 10 1/2 ft. ceilings, the original charm of the mill style loft has been kept.

The conversion to working lofts was made by Greenwin Properties from 1989 to the 1990's. Although very affordable, no facilities are offered and the 20 parking spaces make for limited availability.
