WaterPark City consists of two buildings, the Atlantis and the Aquarius (231 Fort York and 219 Fort York condos).

231 Fort York Condos- The Atlantis is a 35 storey building near the Toronto waterfront that is topped with gardens and outdoor amenities. It has beautiful landscaped grounds with great courtyard areas to relax and unwind in. You will appreciate the 24 hour concierge, well lit underground parking area and a unit wired for high speed internet access.

The Aquarius at 231 Fort York is a 12 storey building and contains some of the larger units.
