1 Columbus Avenue - Toronto Lofts

One Columbus Avenue was finished in 1996 by Jackson Goad Architects and is located south of Dundas St. W in Parkdale, just off Sorauren Ave. This authentic loft was the original Rawlings Baseball Glove factory and displays the architecture of the day with it's exposed brick, columns, 10 ft. ceilings, and wooden beams.

Many of these lofts have access to private elevators and are spacious at 1300 to 2000 sq. ft. The actual 5 storey building is small and houses only 10 lofts which is also why there are no additional facilities on the site, but at $300 per sq. ft., the price more than compensates. There are units currently available at this location.
